About InSync — Tereza's Story
Hey, I'm Tereza — founder of InSync.
InSync started in a hospital bed, with a question I refused to stop asking. This is the whole story — the version without the marketing polish.

I've had PCOS my whole life. For most of it, I managed. I kept going. I did what women do — I pushed through and pretended everything was fine.
Then one of the hardest periods of my life hit all at once. The stress became impossible to contain. And my body, which had been quietly struggling for years, finally said enough.
A cyst burst. My ovary started to turn. I was rushed into emergency surgery, and the surgeon removed part of my ovary on the operating table.
When I came around and asked what I could do to prevent it from ever happening again, the answer I got was: "You can't. Maybe the pill will help."
So I went looking for answers the way most of us do — obsessively, at 2 a.m., in every corner of the internet. I tried Chinese medicine. Serbian herb potions passed down through generations. Every protocol I could find.
And more I won't bore you with...
Some things helped a little. Nothing helped enough. Then I found something that reframed everything.
The entire wellness industry was built around male physiology
Men have a 24-hour hormonal cycle. Women have a 28-day one. Yet every supplement on the market treated us like men with a ponytail.
When I started supplementing according to my actual cycle phases — giving my body what it specifically needed at each stage — something shifted that nothing else had managed to move. The luteal week got quieter. The crashes softened. My body started feeling less like something happening to me and more like something I could finally work with.
And I thought — why is this so hard to access? What I'd built required months of research, sourcing a dozen individual products, and remembering what to take and when. It was a part-time job. Most women don't have that time, and they shouldn't have to.
So I spent two years working with specialist formulators to build what I wished had existed when I was sitting in that hospital bed wondering what came next. Four sachets. Four formulas. One system that actually moves with your cycle instead of pretending it doesn't exist.
That's InSync. And it started with a question I refused to stop asking.
Here's why I fell in love with phase-specific nutrition
- It finally addressed the week I dreaded most — with ingredients chosen for that exact phase
- A different formula for each phase — not the same capsule recycled four times
- Named, dosed, fully transparent ingredients — no blends, no guesswork
- Built on actual cycle physiology — not generic "women's wellness"
- It works with your biology — not against it
Phase-specific nutrition is not optional for women. It's what your body has been asking for all along.
But let's be honest — until now, getting it meant either a complicated protocol with five different products, or trusting that a single daily capsule somehow knew what day of your cycle it was. Neither worked. So we built something that does.
One sachet per phase. Four phases. Everything your body needs — exactly when it needs it.
Each sachet tears open in seconds — pre-sorted, phase-specific capsules you take with breakfast. No measuring. No pill fatigue. No "did I take it today?" Because consistency is the whole point, and we designed this so consistency is the easiest thing you do all day.
