      Dosage

      Adults and children over 12 years of age 1 sachet daily. Drink with sufficient fluids. Warning: The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for children under 12 years of age.

      I NEED TO KNOW...

      Do I need to supplement anything else besides InSync?

      We have put together Insync with my cycle so that your body does not lack anything. It is a comprehensive nutrition for women. It contains minerals and vitamins, including Omega 3, Coenzyme Q10. The only thing you will not find in the bags are live probiotics. We recommend supplementing these with fermented foods or, for example, kombucha.

      Is InSync with my Cycle suitable as preparation for an IVF cycle?

      YES! Hormonal balance is one of the main steps to preparing the body for IVF.

      Can I take InSync while breastfeeding?

      You can! All recipes are designed to be suitable for almost everyone and not put too much strain on the organs.

      Help! My cycle is longer than 28 days!

      We feel you! The box is designed for a 28-day cycle, but you can add any number of sachets to your basket to stay InSync!

      How do I know when I am in which phase?

      We use apps to track our cycles! Everyone's preferences are different, but we can recommend Lively. If you're still not sure, slide into our DMs! :)

      At what stage is it best to start with InSync?

      Anytime! If you're insync with your cycle, you can start with the sachet of the phase you're currently in. If you don't want to deal with anything, start with the menstrual phase as it's in the box.

      Can I take InSync even if I'm not menstruating?

      Sure! Whether you're not bleeding due to stress, jet lag, breastfeeding, or hormonal contraception, you can still use InSync. Your body goes through all the phases, even if you don't notice it.

      So many sachets! Are they even recyclable?

      YES! The quality of our product is our top priority, and since there is no compostable option on the market that can preserve the quality of the capsules and protect them from moisture and oxidation, we preferred 100% safe all-plastic bags that are fully recyclable.
