Just one word - AMAZING

Absolutely great product that was missing here. Thanks to the fact that the supplements are divided into bags, you don't have to carry several packages with you, but you only have one small bag that fits in your pocket. After a few weeks, I feel less tired, I have almost no menstrual pain and I feel better. For me, it's definitely worth at least trying! :)

I was pleasantly surprised. Normally I know about each ovulation well in advance, I can feel my breasts, my stomach. Tension. This time it went smoothly... I took a yoga class in the morning... and without saying anything the night before, my period suddenly came. The due date was right, but I was surprised. The notifications that usually came were so mild that I didn't notice them. They didn't affect me.... And why was I surprised? Because I only used one pack... and actually such a fundamental change.... For me, great. I'm going to buy more. It's a lot. But I and my body are well worth it...

IThere are many dietary supplements on the market, but InSync is unique in how it considers the needs of the female body during the cycle and responds with its composition. Great product! I have migraine problems and one of the main causes is hormonal changes during the cycle. Already in the first month of use, I didn't have a migraine before my period for the first time in several years. My cycle has stabilized, the abdominal pain has significantly weakened and shortened. I feel PMS very minimally, if not at all. I have been taking InSync with my Cycle and Myo-Inositol for 3 months. I 100% recommend it! InSync significantly improves the quality of life ;)

Do I need to add anything else to InSync?

We have put together Insync with my cycle so that your body does not lack anything. It is a comprehensive nutrition for women. It contains minerals and vitamins, including Omega 3, Coenzyme Q10. The only thing you will not find in the bags are live probiotics. We recommend supplementing these with fermented foods or, for example, kombucha.

Is InSync with my Cycle suitable as preparation for an IVF cycle?

YES! Hormonal balance is one of the main steps to preparing the body for IVF.

Can I take InSync while breastfeeding?

You can! All recipes are designed to be suitable for almost everyone and not put too much strain on the organs.

Help! My cycle is longer than 28 days!

We feel you! The box is designed for a 28-day cycle, but you can add any number of sachets to your basket to stay in sync!

How do I know when I am in which phase?

We use apps to track our cycles! Everyone's preferences are different, but we can recommend Lively or Flo. If you're still not sure, slide into our DMs! :)

At what stage is it best to start with InSync?

Anytime! If you're insync with your cycle, you can start with the sachet of the phase you're currently in. If you don't want to deal with anything, start with the menstrual phase as it's in the box.

Can I take InSync even if I'm not menstruating?

Sure! Whether you're not bleeding due to stress, jet lag, breastfeeding, or hormonal contraception, you can still use InSync. Your body goes through all the phases, even if you don't notice it.
